International shipping

Free international shipping on orders of ₹7,000 (about US$80) or more; a flat ₹500 below that.
- We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Switzerland, Norway and most of the EU.
- Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank converts them to your currency.
- Customs duties or import taxes set by your country are not included and are payable on arrival.
- International orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery is available within India only.

When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, so dispatch time depends on what you buy:

Ready-to-wear (co-ords, printed and knitted dresses): dispatched in 4–7 business days.

Couture and hand-embellished (Signature and Indo-Western pieces): dispatched in 2–3 weeks. The handwork alone takes days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, or 7–14 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Exchanges
- If your piece doesn't fit, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it or alter it to your measurements.
- The piece must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
- You send it back to us; we ship the replacement to you free.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, send us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover shipping both ways and repair, replace or refund it — your choice.
Refunds
Because every piece is made for you, made-to-order pieces are not refundable for change of mind. Where a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us) within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item.
