Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available on all orders within India, alongside UPI, cards and netbanking. International orders are prepaid.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on every order within India. Internationally, shipping is free on orders of ₹7,000 (about US$80) or more, and a flat ₹500 below that.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Ready-to-wear (co-ords, printed and knitted dresses) is dispatched in 4–7 business days. Couture and hand-embellished pieces are dispatched in 2–3 weeks. Delivery takes a further 3–7 business days in India, or 7–14 business days internationally.

Need it for a date?

Message us on WhatsApp before ordering with your event date. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

How do I choose my size?

We make every piece in XS to XXL. Check our size guide for bust, waist and hip measurements. Between sizes? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll advise.

What if it doesn't fit?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it or alter it to your measurements. You send it back; we ship the replacement free.

Can I return it for a refund?

Made-to-order pieces can't be refunded for change of mind, but they can always be exchanged for fit. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll repair, replace or refund it in full.

Will it look like the photos?

Yes. The photos are of our own pieces. Hand-embellished work can vary slightly in the placement of mirrors, stones and thread; that's the mark of handwork, not a defect.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Switzerland, Norway and most of the EU. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees; your bank converts them. Duties or import taxes in your country are payable on arrival. Cash on Delivery is available within India only.
